Minimum Requirements for Onboarding
- Active Motor Carrier (MC) Number
- Valid USDOT Number
- Minimum $1,000,000 in Auto Liability Insurance
- Minimum $100,000 in Cargo Insurance
- Signed Broker-Carrier Agreement
- Completed W-9 Form
- Satisfactory Safety Rating
Step-by-Step Onboarding Process
1.Complete the Carrier Application Form (developer should integrate or link form)
2. Submit Required Documents (MC Authority, W-9, Insurance Certificates)
3. Review & Sign the Broker-Carrier Agreement
4. Compliance Check (FMCSA safety rating & insurance validation)
5. Portal Access Issued (login details for carrier portal)
6. Ready to Haul – Start receiving load offers from our dispatch team
